Our team here in Nigeria are excited by what lies ahead.”
Field Ready is an intensive employability programme that prepares people with the skills needed to work in industry. Field Ready students complete a highly practical technical programme, as well as developing their applied personal skills and HSE awareness. During the programme, students will also have the opportunity to engage with industry through worksite visits, workshops and job placement activities. Field Ready graduates are then prepared for the job market and have the right knowledge, skills and behaviours to thrive in their chosen career.
Field Ready currently runs programmes in Mozambique and Ghana. Getenergy Field Ready Ltd. is a limited company registered in the UK.
