Complete Programme

The Field Ready Complete Programme is an intensive employability programme, delivered with partner universities and colleges. Candidates study full time over a duration of four months.

The Complete Programme gives you the technical and commercial knowledge and expertise alongside a work placement and applied personal skills training you need to thrive in work.

The programme is by application only, with all candidates required to undergo a rigorous selection process. Candidates often receive a scholarship from sponsoring employers to enrol on the programme.

Please keep checking our website and social media channels for the next application dates in Ghana, Mozambique and Nigeria. You will need to have joined Field Ready as a candidate to apply.
